根据褐煤样品的特点,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)研究了蒽醌(AQ)在萃取腐殖质(HS)中的辅助作用以及AQ在碱性条件下的作用机制。结果表明,助剂AQ不仅可以提高腐殖质的萃取率,还可以减少碱(氢氧化钠)用量以及萃取温度和时间。在最佳实验条件下,即碱用量为9%,AQ用量为0.75%,萃取温度为80℃,萃取时间为30 min,搅拌速度为600 r/min,固液比为1∶3,腐殖质的萃取率高达80.08%,比传统萃取方法提高了20%以上。FT-IR光谱表明,AQ能够防止可溶性腐殖质被碱破坏为不溶性物质,有AQ存在时得到的腐殖质比没有AQ时得到的具有更多的羧基(-COOH)和酯羰基(-COOR)。
According to the characteristics of lignite samples, the assistant role of anthraquinone (AQ) in humus extraction (HS) and the mechanism of AQ in alkaline conditions were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results showed that the auxiliary AQ can not only improve the extraction rate of humus, but also reduce the amount of alkali (sodium hydroxide) and the extraction temperature and time.
