紫杉醇是一种新的抗肿瘤药物,是周期特异性药物。我院2003-01~2004-12应用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食道癌29例,取得较好疗效。现总结如下。1对象和方法1.1对象本组均经病理学确诊,K arnofsky评分均在70分以上,预计生存期在4个月以上。其中男21例,女8例,平均63.3岁。按国际抗癌联 Paclitaxel is a new antitumor drug and is a cycle specific drug.
