为了丰富大学生体育活动和高校体育教学的课堂资源,以能增强大学生体质。本课题通过实验测试手段,对大学生进行八段锦的习练。从贵州师范大学非体育专业学生中抽取男女24人进行为期13周的训练,测定和比较了八段锦锻炼前后的血压、心率、肺活量、体重、坐位体前屈、握力6项生理指标,结果表明:24名男、女大学生进行锻炼后,各项指标出现明显的变化。说明此锻炼可以改善大学生的身体机能。
In order to enrich college students sports activities and college physical education classroom resources, in order to enhance the physical fitness of college students. The subject through experimental testing methods, college students Ba Duan Jin exercise. Sixteen men and women were selected from non-PE majors of Guizhou Normal University for 13-week training. Six physiological indexes such as blood pressure, heart rate, vital capacity, body weight, flexion and elbow flexion before and after exercise were measured and compared. Results Show: 24 men and women college students after exercise, the indicators showed significant changes. Explain that this exercise can improve the body functions of college students.
