目的:比较3种自酸蚀粘结剂与银汞合金粘结后界面的微渗漏情况。方法:收集40颗离体前磨牙,随机分成3个实验组及1个空白对照组,在牙体的唇颊面颈部制备箱状洞型,实验组分别用3种自酸蚀粘结剂(Clearfil SA Luting,Panavia F,Rely X Unicem)处理后充填银汞合金,空白对照组直接充填银汞合金,离体牙在2%亚甲蓝溶液中浸泡4 h后取出并垂直于粘结面切开,在体视显微镜下观察亚甲蓝沿粘结界面渗入的深度,并在扫描电镜下观察粘结界面形态。结果:实验组的界面微渗漏值均小于空白对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);3个实验组之间的微渗漏值差异无显著性(P>0.05);实验组牙合壁的微渗漏值小于龈壁,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:自酸蚀粘结剂可以提高银汞合金充填体边缘封闭性。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the microleakage of three self-etching adhesives with amalgam. Methods: Forty isolated premolar teeth were collected and randomly divided into three experimental groups and a blank control group. The box-shaped cavities were prepared on the labial, buccal and cervical surfaces of the dentin. Three kinds of self-etching adhesives (Clearfil SA Luting, Panavia F, Rely X Unicem). The blank control group was directly filled with silver amalgam. After soaking in 2% methylene blue solution for 4 h, the tooth was removed and perpendicular to the bonding surface The depth of penetration of methylene blue along the bonding interface was observed under a stereomicroscope and the morphology of the bonded interface was observed under a scanning electron microscope. Results: The microleakage value of the experimental group was less than that of the blank control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the three experimental groups (P> 0.05) The microleakage value of the combined wall was less than that of the gingival wall, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The self-etching adhesive can improve the edge seal of amalgam filling body.
