本文介绍航天器结构静态和动态鉴定试验设计的基本途径,同时介绍了设计这些试验的一种新方法。这个新方法,充分利用经过验证的结构有限元模型确定静态载荷或模态响应分布。这些分布用矩阵法计算,在最小平方误差的基础上使要求的内部载荷分布得到匹配。这个方法导出了一组实用的强制函数,并为进一步验证分析模型提供了依据。这个程序对各种结构型式具有通用性。
This article describes the basic approaches to the design of static and dynamic qualification testing of spacecraft structures and introduces a new approach to designing these tests. This new method takes full advantage of the validated structural finite element model to determine static load or modal response distribution. These distributions are calculated using the matrix method to match the required internal load distribution based on the least squares error. This method leads to a set of useful coercion functions and provides the basis for further validation of the analysis model. This program is versatile for various structure types.
