杭州市中小学课间餐,目前虽然已经解决了“有没有”的问题,要更上一层楼,进而解决“好不好”的问题,尚有许多困难有待克服。为了不断发展学生营养工作,我们从一九八六年十月开始,进行了学校营养午餐试点。在天长小学确定一(3)班(综合实验班,43名学生)为学校午餐制试点班。主食以米饭为主面食为辅,菜肴,开始时请杭大教育系懂营养的同志排了一个月的菜谱轮转,本学期开始,从浙医大营养系朱寿民教授处要到了大学生食用的一百个菜谱,由学校按40%的数量选择配制。均由学校食堂制作,每人每天收成本费五角,每月收伙食管理费一元。学校有专供试点班学生就餐的膳厅(生活自理室)和餐具。
