将乒乓球选项班随机分为教学实践控制组和对照组,控制组对乒乓球技术教学运用掌握学习模式进行了探索,与采用传统教学模式的对照组进行比较。指出乒乓球运动由于其快速多变的特点对技术的精准度和规范化要求较高,加上运动技术本身所表现出的身体活动性及个体差异性等特点,需要在技术传习过程中及时地反馈和提供个别化的矫正性帮助。掌握学习模式恰是体现了这一特征,通过反馈-矫正环节,调节与优化了教学过程,对于运动技术的传习是积极有效的。
The ping-pong course was randomly divided into teaching practice control group and control group. The control group explored the use of mastery learning mode in table tennis technique teaching and compared with the control group adopting traditional teaching mode. It is pointed out that due to its rapid and changeable characteristics, table tennis demands high accuracy and standardization of technology. Besides, physical activity and individual differences shown by sports technology itself need to be fed back in time And provide individualized corrective help. Grasping the learning pattern exactly embodies this feature, through the feedback - correction links, adjust and optimize the teaching process, the transfer of sports technology is positive and effective.
