目的:比较不同采收时间及干燥方法对黄蜀葵花总黄酮的影响。方法:以总黄酮为指标成分,比色法测定不同黄蜀葵花样品中的含量。结果:不同采收时间花的总黄酮含量为5.78%~6.53%;不同开放程度分别为:未开放花蕾(3.74±0.62)%;上、中、下午开放的花朵(5.98±0.30)%,(5.81±0.51)%,(6.06±0.47)%,;自然干燥(3.68±0.33)%(30~45℃),(1.60±0.44)%(20~30℃),烘箱干燥(5.80±0.53)%(80℃),(5.95±0.52)%(100℃)。结论:长期内不同采收时间段无显著差异。烘干法优于自然干燥,烘干温度以60~80℃为宜
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effect of different harvest time and drying methods on total flavonoids of Abelmoschus flowers. Methods: The total flavonoids were used as index components and the colorimetric method was used to determine the content of different amaranth flowers. Results: The total flavonoid content of different flowering time was 5.78%-6.53%, and the different degrees of opening were: unopened buds (3.74±0.62)%; blooms in upper, middle and afternoon (5.98±0.30)%, (5.81±0.51)%, (6.06±0.47)%, natural dryness (3.68±0.33)% (30~45) °C), (1.60±0.44)% (20 to 30°C), oven drying (5.80±0.53)% (80°C), (5.95±0.52)% (100°C) ). Conclusion: There is no significant difference in the harvest time period in the long term. Drying method is better than natural drying, drying temperature is 60 ~ 80 °C is appropriate
