采用有限元法求解壁面定律和Reynolds方程,对水润滑高速动静压滑动轴承进行了数值模拟分析。研究紊流状态水介质润滑条件下的动静压轴承三维压力分布、温度场分布及动特性系数,分析高速高压水润滑条件下的动静压轴承与油润滑条件下的动静压轴承不同的液腔压力分布、温度分布等特性。
The finite element method is used to solve the wall law and the Reynolds equation. The numerical simulation of the hydrodynamic lubrication of high speed dynamic and static pressure sliding bearings is carried out. The three-dimensional pressure distribution, temperature field distribution and dynamic characteristic coefficient of hydrodynamic bearing under turbulent condition of aqueous medium lubrication are studied. The hydrodynamic pressure under high speed and high pressure water lubrication condition and hydrodynamic bearing under oil lubrication conditions are analyzed.
