水苏糖(stachyose)是一种半乳糖苷类的功能性低聚糖,广泛分布于豆科植物。近年来,因有延缓衰老、促进肠道双歧杆菌增殖、调节胃肠道微生态平衡、提高免疫力等生理功效,在食品、药品、化妆品等行业格外受到重视。有研究显示水苏糖对皮炎有抑制作用,因此其在抗关节炎方面的作用值得探究~([1])。本实验以佐剂性关节炎小鼠为模型,研究口服水苏糖对于小鼠原发性关节炎的影响,并对其可能的作用机制进行探讨。
Stachyose is a galactoside functional oligosaccharide widely distributed in legumes. In recent years, due to anti-aging, promote the proliferation of intestinal bifidobacteria, regulate gastrointestinal micro-ecological balance, improve immunity and other physiological effects, especially in food, medicine, cosmetics and other industries. Studies have shown that stachyose has an inhibitory effect on dermatitis and therefore its role in anti-arthritis is worth exploring (1). In this experiment, adjuvant arthritis mice as a model to study the impact of oral stachyose on the primary arthritis in mice, and explore its possible mechanism.
