本文在分析了气象、水文、地下水等资料的基础上，评价了地下水、地表水资源，提出了加强水资源保护，防治水污染等5条治理措施。
Based on the analysis of meteorological, hydrological, groundwater and other data, this paper evaluates the groundwater and surface water resources and puts forward five governance measures to strengthen the protection of water resources and prevent water pollution.
