中国电工技术学会第五届电接触及电弧学术年会于1990年11月8日～11日在浙江省衢州市举行。参加本届年会的有学会总会、大专院校、科研设计院所及有关企业共25个单位34位代表。年会开幕式上,西高所李建基高工和上科所唐式金高工应邀分别作了国外高压电器发展动向和国内外低压电器发展动态的专题报告;研究会主任委员、西安交大王其平教授作了国内外电弧理论概况专题报告,并代表研究会总结了近两年来的工作,传达了中国电工技术学会第二届代表大会精神。本届年会上共交流了三十余篇学术论文。特点是:研究范围广泛,年青科技人员较多,内容十分丰富。论文题材涉及:
The 5th Annual Electrical Contact and Arc Annual Academic Conference of China Electrotechnical Society was held in Luzhou City, Zhejiang Province from November 8th to 11th, 1990. There are 34 representatives from 25 institutions including the General Association of Colleges, universities, research institutes, and related companies. At the opening ceremony of the annual meeting, the Senior Engineer Li Jianji of the West High School and the Senior Engineer Tang Shijin of the Shangke Institute were invited to make special reports on the development trend of foreign high-voltage electrical appliances and the development dynamics of low-voltage electrical appliances at home and abroad; the chairman of the research committee and Professor Wang Qiping of Xi’an Jiaotong University made domestic reports. Outer arc theory overview report, and on behalf of the research meeting summed up the work in the past two years, and conveyed the spirit of the second session of the Chinese Electrotechnical Society. At this year’s annual meeting, more than 30 academic papers were exchanged. The characteristics are: a wide range of research, many young scientists and technicians, content is very rich.
