通过有效的劳资管理提高企业职工工作积极性,为职工营造良好工作氛围的同时更能够因此为企业创造更大的价值。对于企业劳资人员来说要不断的提升自我业务素质能力,同时在企业劳资管理部门要建立一套科学完整的管理监督机制,在企业内部设立工会组织,制定合理的薪酬规划,建立行之有效的奖惩制度。有此可见通过企业劳资管理提高职工工作积极性是值得深入探讨的问题。
