针对地面结冰试验设施喷雾系统尾迹湍流模拟需求,考察了3种脱体涡模拟(DES)方法对三维亚临界圆柱绕流预测的准确性,比较和分析了瞬时流动特征和流场统计量。研究发现:1)从瞬时流动特征来看,k-ω雷诺平均NavierStokes(RANS)控制的区域对剪切应力输运k-ωDES(SSTk-ωDES)求解的准确性有显著影响;2)从流动参数统计量的误差范围来看,回流区长度和流向最小速度的预测质量能在一定程度上反应圆柱绕流数值模拟的准确性;3)综合比较,SSTk-ωDES预测值与试验值和大涡模拟(LES)数据最为吻合,具有应用于地面结冰试验设施喷雾系统尾迹湍流计算的潜力。
According to the demand of wake turbulence simulation in the spray system of ground icing test facilities, the accuracy of three DES flow simulation methods for predicting the flow around a three-dimensional subcritical cylinder was investigated. The characteristics of instantaneous flow and the statistic of flow field were compared and analyzed. The results show that: 1) From the instantaneous flow characteristics, the region controlled by k-ω Reynolds average NavierStokes (RANS) has a significant influence on the accuracy of solving the shear stress transport k-ωDES (SSTk-ωDES); 2) The error of the parameter statistics shows that the prediction quality of the recirculation zone length and the minimum flow velocity can reflect the accuracy of numerical simulation of the flow around the cylinder to a certain extent. 3) Comprehensive comparison, SSTk-ωDES predicted value and experimental value and large eddy The most consistent LES data has the potential to be used in the calculation of wake turbulence in the spray system of ground icing test facilities.
