随着素质教育的全面贯彻实施“以人为本,健康第一”的教育理念渗透到高校的各个学科。加强对学生的健康教育提高学生的身心健康水平显得尤为重要。定向运动是一项智能与体能并重的运动,既能提高大学生的体能水平又可以增长知识和技能、又能改善心理素质。本文从校园定向运动发展现状入手,重点讨论定向运动课程对于提高大学生身体素质和心理健康的重要作用,以及如何提高校园定向运动的教学质量。
With the full implementation of quality education, “people-oriented, health first” philosophy of education infiltrated the various disciplines in colleges and universities. It is very important to strengthen the students’ health education and improve their physical and mental health. Orienteering is a combination of intelligence and physical activity, which not only improves college students’ physical fitness but also increases their knowledge and skills as well as their psychological quality. This article starts from the present situation of Orienteering in campus and focuses on the important role of Orienteering Curriculum in improving the physical and mental health of college students and how to improve the teaching quality of Orienteering.
