根据500 t组合机身闭式单点压力机的结构建立了三维模型并对各部分做了简要的介绍,运用ANSYS有限元软件分析了机身部分及滑块部分的等效刚度;根据压力机系统特征建立简化的振动模型,同时提出相应的振动计算方法;结合理论分析、压力机的系统参数和受力情况得到其固有频率,并且描述了振动幅值随激励频率的变化规律;根据计算结果可以看出激励频率接近固有频率时压力机的振幅会明显变大,从计算过程可以得到影响压力机振动的主要结构参数。综合分析表明,设计人员可以通过影响压力机振动的主要因素对其进行振动分析,为减振设计作出合理的优化方案。
According to the structure of 500t combined body closed single point press, the three-dimensional model is established and the parts are briefly introduced. The equivalent stiffness of the fuselage part and the slider part is analyzed by ANSYS finite element software. System characteristics to establish a simplified vibration model and propose the corresponding vibration calculation method; the natural frequency is obtained based on the theoretical analysis, the press system parameters and the stress situation, and the variation law of the vibration amplitude with the excitation frequency is described; according to the calculation result It can be seen that the amplitude of the press increases obviously when the excitation frequency is close to the natural frequency, and the main structural parameters that affect the vibration of the press can be obtained from the calculation. The comprehensive analysis shows that the designer can make vibration analysis through the main factors affecting the vibration of the press and make a reasonable optimization plan for the vibration reduction design.
