脑益嗪又称肉桂苯呱嗪,主要用于治疗脑梗塞、脑动脉硬化、高血压脑病和脑外伤后遗症。近年来,逐步拓宽了其临床新用途,略述如下。 一、咯血 取脑益嗪50毫克,每日3次,口服,中等量咯血者加倍服用,近期疗程1周,血止后,长期或间断服用。有人用此法治疗一组44例病人,大部分病例24小时内咯血量明显减少,咯血完全控制时间2～7大,平均起效时间4.4天。无特殊副反应,服用方便,长期服用可预防咯血再发。 二、预防门脉高压食管静脉曲张大出血
