文章介绍了磁悬浮轴承的组成及其工作原理 ,分析了磁悬浮轴承两个重要性能指标控制精度和可控转速与A/D转换器、传感器、功率放大器以及控制算法之间的相互关系。以TMS32 0F2 4 0为核心 ,设计实用电磁轴承控制系统。提出了以多文件工程结构的软件设计方法 ,提高软件的可读性、可维护性和可扩展性。
This paper introduces the composition and working principle of the magnetic bearing and analyzes the relationship between the control accuracy and controllable speed of the two important performance indicators of the magnetic bearing and the A / D converter, sensor, power amplifier and control algorithm. TMS32 0F240 as the core, the design of practical electromagnetic bearing control system. A software design method based on multi-file engineering structure is proposed to improve the readability, maintainability and extensibility of the software.
