以职业能力为本位正成为当前职业教育的重要指导思想。近20年来世界各国因社会发展的需求,逐渐开发出一些适应经济发展的新型职业教学方法和模式。行动导向型教学法受到广泛的推崇。本文拟通过对传统教学法和行动导向型教学法的分析,权衡两者利弊,并结合实例说明如何进行行动导向教学,旨在切实地解决当前困扰高职院校的教改问题。
To occupational ability as the standard is becoming an important guiding ideology of vocational education. In the recent 20 years, all countries in the world have gradually developed some new vocational teaching methods and modes to adapt to economic development due to the demand of social development. Action-oriented pedagogy is widely respected. This article attempts to analyze the pros and cons of the two methods by analyzing the traditional pedagogy and the action-oriented pedagogy, and explains how to conduct the action-oriented teaching with examples to solve the current problem of education reform which plagued the vocational colleges.
