在现代通讯及新媒体技术的推动下,信息传递速度大大加快,这使得产品伤害危机事件被曝光的概率和频率越来越高。产品伤害危机群发、频发现象日趋普遍,造成的影响越来越多样化、涉事企业的响应策略由此呈现明显的差异性。本文通过对产品伤害危机的概念、分类以及在不同权变因素下响应策略及造成影响的差异等相关研究成果进行系统梳理,构建了产品伤害危机相关研究之间的系统框架,并在此基础上分析与探讨了产品伤害危机领域未来的研究方向和机会。
