This article discusses the business ethics that a multinational corporation must abide by in any country, obeying the rule of law, assuming responsibility, and respecting human rights. This model is a re-examination of corporate ethics. It is spread because of the transformation of international relations after the Cold War. Its development has been supported by ethical entrepreneurs through language games, while finance constitutes the space for its activities in which the various relevant factors interact with each other. The intent of this article is to explain as well as establish norms. The article discusses the moral principle of “honesty is good” and examines it in the context of utilitarian culture and history which it believes. At the end of the article, the full text is highlighted, highlighting the deep religious nature of this belief, pointing out that it is valid and true, all based on self-fulfilling prophecies.
