为提高振动给料随流孕育装置给料精度等级,通过对其给料过程实施程控称量、在线闭环反馈调整和采用可调下料口组件、减震底座组件、气动封口组件等技术措施,提高了等流量给料精度和给料总量精度,并且解决了该装置在非工作时由于外界震动影响引起的非正常落料,避免了孕育剂的浪费。该项目于2007年11月在山东潍柴得以应用,并取得良好效果。
