现如今,随着科学技术的飞速发展,我国档案文件形式也逐渐由传统的纸质向着电子文件发展改变。因此,在实际的档案管理工作中,由于电子文件和纸质档案的载体形式有着明显的区别,在档案保护技术选用方面也存在着较大的差异,这是因为不同载体有着不同的使用寿命,再加之受到周围环境以及外界因素的影响,很可能会对载体形成造成不同程度的损坏,大大降低了档案资源的有效利用率。对此,笔者结合多年相关经验,主要对电子文件与纸质档案在保护技术上的差异进行了研究讨论,从而得出以下相关结论,以供参考。 Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, the file format of our archives also gradually changes from the traditional paper to the development of electronic documents.
