在无脊椎动物中,Innexin(Inx)蛋白可以在细胞膜上组成hemichannel(半通道)或在细胞间形成Gap junction(缝隙链接,GJ)。目前的研究显示,Inx蛋白可能存在多重功能,除参与形成hemichannel和GJ外,其本身也可能存在一定的生理功能;Inx蛋白组成的hemichannel与细胞内的信号分子释放有关,如ATP释放、钙波传递等,并可能参与了细胞凋亡的介导。不同类型的Inx蛋白之间可能还存在相互作用,这种作用与通道的开放存在一定关联,通道的开放可能还与细胞内外离子浓度特别是Ca2+浓度的变化有关。
In invertebrates, Innexin (Inx) proteins make either a hemichannel on the cell membrane or a Gap junction (GJ) between the cells. The current study shows that there may exist multiple functions of Inx protein, which may also have certain physiological functions in addition to the formation of hemichannel and GJ. The hemichannel of Inx protein is related to the release of intracellular signaling molecules such as ATP release, Etc., and may be involved in the mediation of apoptosis. There may still be interactions between different types of Inx proteins, which play an important role in the openness of the channels. The opening of the channels may also be related to changes of intracellular and extracellular concentrations, especially Ca2 +.
