目的:探讨糖尿病健康教育中心的设立及运行效果。方法:设立教育中心,对培训中心的成员拟定相应职责,采用集体教育、小组教育、个别指导、电话咨询等形式为患者提供帮助,并建立了健康档案。结果:集体教育42次,参加人员达2103人次;小组教育142次,参加人员1416人次,教育后患者的糖尿病综合治疗知识合格率、主动血糖监测、足部检查护理、不良行为改变、治疗依从性提高(P<0.01);教育后CSSD70总分高于教育前(P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病健康教育中心的设立及运行为糖尿病患者开辟了系统学习糖尿病知识的课堂,提高了患者的自我管理能力及糖尿病症状的控制能力。
Objective: To investigate the establishment and operation of diabetes health education center. Methods: The establishment of education center, the corresponding responsibilities of the training center members, the use of collective education, group education, individual guidance, telephone counseling and other forms of assistance to patients, and the establishment of a health file. Results: Collective education 42 times with 2103 participants; group education 142 times, participation of 1416 people, knowledge of patients with diabetes after treatment pass rate, active blood glucose monitoring, foot care, adverse behavioral changes, treatment compliance (P <0.01). The total score of CSSD70 after education was higher than that before education (P <0.01). Conclusion: The establishment and operation of the Diabetes Health Education Center has opened up a systematic classroom for the study of diabetes mellitus and improved the self-management ability and the ability to control the symptoms of diabetes.
