总体来看,中国的公务航空市场与发达国家相比现在还处在一个初级阶段。从1995年海航引进第一架喷气公务机到现在,中国公务航空已经进入了第二十一个年头。2008年是我国公务航空发展的分水岭。在此之前发展速度比较缓慢,这一年开始迎来了一个快速的发展期,近两年由于外部因素影响增速放缓,但仍属于公务航空正常的周期变化。消费市场尚待成熟从行业角度观察,我国公务航空有两个显著特点:消费市场不成熟、发展潜力巨大。
