为了降低柴油机的机油消耗,一二环闭口间隙的联合设计被得到应用。闭口间隙联合设计的功用在于控制活塞环的轴向运动及调节二环岸间气体压力以达到对机油消耗及漏气量的控制目的。笔者通过降低二环岸间气体压力来达到降低机油消耗的目的,尽管这么做可能引起二环的浮起。同时窜气对机油消耗的影响也有一定的影响。
In order to reduce the diesel engine oil consumption, a two ring closed gap joint design has been applied. The function of the closed clearance joint design is to control the axial movement of the piston ring and adjust the gas pressure between the second ring so as to control the oil consumption and air leakage. The author achieves the purpose of reducing oil consumption by reducing the gas pressure between the two banks, though this may cause the rise of the second ring. At the same time channeling gas on the impact of oil consumption also have a certain impact.
