政法招录培养体制改革试点班人才培养模式是招录民警的途径之一,试点班毕业生在工作岗位上的表现及其工作胜任度反映了人才培养的成效。通过用人单位对浙江警察学院试点班毕业生在警察职业忠诚度、专业核心能力以及工作胜任度等方面的满意度调查,并与四年制公安院校普招生以及其他途径入警人员进行相关比较,对试点班招录培养体制改革提出若干建议,调整招录时间,加大专业订单式招生比例;优化人才培养方案,提高人才培养针对性;依托校局合作平台,逐步建立联合培养机制;探索“类研究生培养”机制,培养“高精尖”公安专门人才。
