目的 :研究可植入眼内的氧氟沙星缓释药栓的体外药物缓释过程和效果。方法 :将分子量 (MW)各为 6 12 0和 12 5 5 0的聚乳酸分别混载 5 %和 10 %氧氟沙星制成药栓 ,并作体外药物释放以及高效液相色谱法药物浓度测定。结果 :30 d内氧氟沙星体外释放率为 70 %~ 90 % ,释药时间与聚合物分子量呈正相关 ,结论 :由氧氟沙星和聚乳酸制成的缓释药栓满足眼内炎治疗的基本要求
OBJECTIVE: To study the in vitro drug release process and effect of ofloxacin sustained-release drug suppositories. Methods: Polylactic acid with molecular weights (MW) of 6 12 0 and 12 5 5 0 was mixed with 5% and 10% ofloxacin respectively to make the suppository, and the drug release in vitro and the drug concentration of high performance liquid chromatography Determination.
