为探讨布敦岩沥青对石油沥青使用性能的影响,本文采用我国现行的针入度分级评价体系,测定不同布敦岩沥青掺量的布敦岩改性沥青的针入度、软化点、延度等,对布敦岩改性沥青的感温性能、高温性能、低温性能、抗老化性能进行分析评价。实验表明随着布敦岩沥青掺量的增加基质沥青感温性能、高温性能、低温性能以及抗老化性能均得到改善。根据试验数据的分析结果,考虑成本造价,研究初步确定的布敦岩沥青掺量为20%~30%时,对基质沥青的感温性能、高温性能、低温性能以及抗老化性能的改善最优。
In order to investigate the effect of bourdon rock asphalts on the service performance of petroleum bitumen, the current penetration classification evaluation system in our country was used to determine the penetration, softening point and extension of bouton rock modified bitumen with different bourdon rock bitumen content Degree, etc., to Boudun rock modified asphalt temperature performance, high temperature performance, low temperature performance, anti-aging performance analysis and evaluation. Experiments show that with the increase of Budun rock bitumen content, the temperature sensitivity, high temperature performance, low temperature performance and anti-aging performance of matrix asphalt are improved. According to the analysis results of the test data and the consideration of the cost cost, it is found that the improvement of the temperature sensitivity, the high temperature performance, the low temperature performance and the anti-aging performance of the matrix asphalt is optimal when the content of the asphalt in the Bunun rock initially determined is 20% to 30% .
