经过乙炔铜 (Cu2 C2 )的氧化偶合反应 ,制得了 α型和 β型的线型碳。当加入 KCN时 ,产物经红外光谱分析 ,其主要成分为 α型线型碳 ;而当加入盐酸时 ,主要产物将是 β型线型碳。而且 ,含铜量分别降至 1.92 %和 5 %。其中 β型产品在 2 5 0℃ ,常压下处理 1.5 h,转变为 α型 ;在氮气下 (小于 2 .0 Mpa)热处理 ,β型线型碳有转化为粉末金刚石的迹象。本法成本低 ,而且制备过程短 ,与已报道的制备方法相比 ,可大大缩短合成周期。
After the oxidative coupling reaction of copper (Cu2 C2), α-type and β-type linear carbons were obtained. When KCN is added, the product is analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, the main component of which is α-type linear carbon; and when hydrochloric acid is added, the main product will be β-type linear carbon. Moreover, the copper content dropped to 1.92% and 5% respectively. Among them, β-type products were treated at 250 ℃ and atmospheric pressure for 1.5 h and transformed into α-type. The β-type linear carbon showed the transformation to powder diamond under heat treatment under nitrogen (less than 2.0 Mpa). The method is low in cost and short in preparation time, and can greatly shorten the synthesis cycle compared with the reported preparation method.
