在磷酸介质和 90℃水浴中加热的条件下 ,痕量铑 ( )能灵敏地催化高碘酸钾氧化二安替比林对二乙氨基苯基甲烷 (DA EAM)的显色反应。研究了该催化反应的最佳实验条件及动力学参数 ,建立了一种动力学光度法测定痕量铑的新方法。方法的线性范围为 2 0— 14 0 μg/ L;检出限为 2 .0× 10 - 8g/ m L。催化反应的表观活化能为 94.30 k J/ m ol,表观速率常数为 1.5 6× 10 - 4 / s。本法已用于某些贵金属溶液中铑的测定 ,其相对标准偏差为 3.1%— 3.4%。加标回收率为 98.3%— 99.4%。
Trace rhodium (¢ ó) can sensitively catalyze the chromogenic reaction of di-tiopyrine to diethylaminophenyl methane (DA EAM) by potassium periodate under the condition of heating in phosphate medium and 90 ℃ water bath. The optimum experimental conditions and kinetic parameters of the catalytic reaction were studied, and a new method for the determination of trace rhodium by kinetic spectrophotometry was established. The linear range of the method was 20- 14 0 μg / L; the detection limit was 2.0 × 10 -8 g / m L. The apparent activation energy of the catalytic reaction is 94.30 kJ / mol and the apparent rate constant is 1.5 6 × 10 -4 / s. This method has been used for the determination of rhodium in some noble metal solutions with a relative standard deviation of 3.1% to 3.4%. The spiked recoveries ranged from 98.3% to 99.4%.
