随着科技的迅速发展和运动水平的不断提高,短跑训练更趋于科学化。在短跑中,虽然运动员良好的身体素质和运动技术是很重要的,但是放松能力最能充分挖掘潜力和高水平的发挥。我国著名短跑教练员沈孝智认为:“高速度的放松能力是当代短跑技术的精华。”女子世界100米纪录保持者格里菲斯·乔伊娜深有感触地说:“我的100米速度由10秒96提高到10秒49,没有别的,就是学会了放松跑的技术。”因此,研究快速跑中的放松能力已经成为短跑中重视的课题。
