本文以甘南藏族自治州×藏族中学为个案,对其音乐教学现状进行了分析,并提出了对策与建议。×藏中的音乐教学面临着双语师资短缺、教材建设滞后等问题。音乐教学要实现传承民族文化、构建多元文化观念,全面提升学生音乐素质的目标,就必须充实师资队伍、加强双语师资培训、整合课程资源并使教学形式多样化。
This article takes the Tibetan Middle School of Tibetan in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as a case, analyzes the current situation of its music teaching, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. × Tibetan music teaching is facing problems such as shortage of bilingual teachers and lagging teaching materials. In order to realize the goal of inheriting national culture, constructing a multicultural concept, and comprehensively improving the quality of students’ music, music teaching must enrich the teaching staff, strengthen the training of bilingual teachers, integrate curriculum resources, and diversify teaching forms.
