普通高校的体育教师现在面临着教学和科研的两难境地,体育教师的科研底子差且课时量过于繁重,在这样的状况下,体育教师的利益很难有所保障。以此根据高校体育教师面临的实际情况,深入分析其自身存在问题的深层次原因,结合高校体育的发展趋势,提出了具体的发展对策:成立体育科研中心、完善进修和培训机制、建立绩效考核体系、建立竞争奖惩机制,以有效地促进体育教师以及高校公共体育的长久可持续发展。
Physical education teachers in colleges and universities now face the dilemma of teaching and scientific research. The physical education teachers are poorly educated and their classes are too heavy. Under these circumstances, the interests of physical education teachers can hardly be guaranteed. Based on the actual situation of PE teachers in colleges and universities, this paper deeply analyzes the deep reason of its own existing problems and puts forward some concrete countermeasures in light of the developing trend of PE in colleges and universities. It is to set up the PE research center, improve the training and training mechanism and establish the performance appraisal System, and establish a mechanism of reward and punishment for competition so as to effectively promote the long-term sustainable development of physical education teachers and public physical education in colleges and universities.
