目的:探究大黄与栀子的配伍机制及其临床价值。方法:以京尼平苷为活性物质,对比栀子、栀子-大黄、大黄栀子汤三组配伍药对肝炎的作用效果。将雄性大白鼠分成三组,分别灌喂栀子、栀子-大黄、大黄栀子汤剂,定时测定大鼠经汤药灌喂后京尼平苷药力学参数。结果:大黄栀子汤组在Cmax、AUC上明显高于大黄-栀子组、栀子组,在Tmax上时间短于另外两组,T1/2(半衰期)时间点晚于另外两组。而大黄-栀子组的各项参数相比于栀子组,其规律与大黄栀子汤组一致。结论:在保肝作用方面,大黄栀子汤组配伍机制好于大黄-栀子配伍,而大黄-栀子配伍好于单独栀子用药。
Objective: To explore the compatibility mechanism between rhubarb and gardenia and its clinical value. Methods: Geniposid was used as an active substance to compare the effect of three compatibility drugs of gardenia, gardenia-rhubarb and rhubarb and gardenia decoction on hepatitis. The male rats were divided into three groups, respectively, Gardenia, Gardenia - rhubarb, rhubarb Gardenia decoction, the pharmacokinetics of geniposide pharmacokinetic parameters were determined by rats. Results: The Rhubarb and Zhizi decoction group had significantly higher Cmax and AUC than Rhubarb - Zhizi and Zhizi subgroups. The time at Tmax was shorter than the other two groups, and the T1 / 2 (half-life) time was later than the other two groups. The rhubarb - Gardenia group of the parameters compared to Gardenia group, its law and the Dahuang Gardenia Decoction group. Conclusion: In the aspect of hepatoprotection, the compatibility mechanism of rhubarb and gardenia decoction group is better than that of rhubarb and gardenia, while rhubarb and gardenia are better than single gardenia.
