目的研究本单位设计的常压下射流式介质阻挡放电低温等离子体消毒机的杀菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,研究介质阻挡放电低温等离子体消毒机对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌及枯草杆菌芽孢的消毒效果。结果在相距10 cm的距离上,本等离子体消毒机3 min即可完全杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌繁殖体,5 min可完全杀灭白色念珠菌及枯草杆菌芽孢;在相距20 cm时,10 min能完全杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌繁殖体、白色念珠菌及枯草杆菌芽孢。结论常压下射流式介质阻挡放电低温等离子体消毒机对细菌、真菌及细菌芽孢都有快速杀灭作用。
Objective To study the bactericidal effect of jet-type dielectric barrier discharge low-temperature plasma sterilizer designed by this unit. Methods The quantitative disinfection test was used to study the disinfection effect of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans and Bacillus subtilis by dielectric barrier discharge low temperature plasma sterilizer. Results At a distance of 10 cm, the plasma disinfection machine could completely kill Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli propagules within 3 min, completely killing C. albicans and B. subtilis spores after 5 min. When the distance was 20 cm , 10 min can completely kill Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli propagules, Candida albicans and Bacillus subtilis. Conclusion Under normal pressure jet dielectric barrier discharge low temperature plasma disinfection of bacteria, fungi and bacterial spores have a rapid killing effect.
