随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的持续开展,公立医院面临的竞争形势日益严峻。因此,利用人力资源战略规划的杠杆提高医疗技术竞争力,成为医院长足发展的重中之重。本文通过分析医疗改革环境给公立医院人力资源管理带来的困境,探讨更具活力的人力资源战略规划模式,以期为公立医院在新形势下得到健康稳定发展提供参考。
With the continuous reform of the medical and health system in our country, the competitive situation facing public hospitals is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, the use of human resources strategic planning to improve the competitiveness of medical technology has become the most important development of the hospital. In this paper, we analyze the predicament of human resources management in public hospitals through the medical reform environment and explore a more dynamic human resources strategic planning model in order to provide a reference for the healthy and steady development of public hospitals in the new situation.
