本文针对45钢调质热处理零件,通过对其进行大量硬度及金相组织检测,从理论角度进行分析对比,找出影响调质硬度和金相组织的关键要素,从而对热处理生产过程中的这些关键生产要素(加热保温时间)加以控制。通过随后的生产跟踪验证,产品的硬度及金相组织均达到了图纸的规定要求。
In this paper, 45 steel quenched and tempered heat treatment parts, through its large amount of hardness and microstructure testing, from the theoretical point of view to analyze and contrast to identify the impact of quenching and tempering hardness and microstructure of the key elements, which heat treatment of these production processes The key elements of production (heating holding time) to be controlled.
