目的:观察太极拳对中老年妇女抗氧化能力的影响;方法:采用二硝基苯甲酸缩合法测定血清谷胱甘肽(GSH)、化学比色法测定谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、硫代巴比妥酸缩合法测定丙二醛(MDA),沉淀法测定低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),以同年龄段的少于参加体育活动的坐姿工作者作为对照组。结果:太极拳习练组较对照组的血清MDA及LDL-C的水平明显下降(P<0.05),血清GSH水平明显升高(P<0.05),并且习练太极拳1年以下的练习者的血清GSH值明显低于习练一年以上者,有显著地统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:经常参加太极拳锻炼,能有效地增强中老年妇女的抗氧化能力,加强机体对自由基的清除,维持血脂正常水平,预防动脉粥样硬化的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Taijiquan on the anti-oxidative capacity of middle-aged and elderly women. Methods: Serum glutathione (GSH) was determined by condensation of dinitrobenzoate and glutathione peroxidase (GSH) -PX), malondialdehyde (MDA) by thiobarbituric acid condensation method, and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) by sedimentation method. The sitting workers with the same age less than the physical activity were used as the control group . Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of MDA and LDL-C in serum of Taijiquan exercise group were significantly decreased (P <0.05) and the serum GSH level was significantly increased (P <0.05), and those who practiced Taijiquan less than 1 year The serum GSH was significantly lower than that of one year or more, there was a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Regular Taiji exercise can effectively enhance the elderly women’s antioxidant capacity, enhance the body’s clearance of free radicals, maintain normal blood lipids, prevention of atherosclerosis.
