对垃圾焚烧厂的周边环境监测与经济赔偿问题进行了研究。首先运用基于模糊综合评判法的环境污染状况基本评价体系对于垃圾焚烧厂在运行过程排出的各种主要污染物进行分析,综合考虑风速在内的各种主要影响因素,得到环境质量状况的等级,以实现对环境的动态监测,并且建立了一个基于距离的综合分段补偿方案。然后进一步分析了在设备出现故障导致污染物排放量增加的情况下,对应的赔偿应该发生的变化,并给出了一个可定量的补偿方案。
The environmental monitoring and economic compensation of the waste incineration plant were studied.
