MUC1是最早发现的一种多功能大分子黏蛋白,正常情况下表达于多种上皮细胞和造血细胞,并参与肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭、转移和预后。在生殖系统中,MUC1的表达可能与月经周期中类固醇激素的变化有关。通过对 MUC1在正常宫颈及其相关病变和宫颈癌中表达的研究,提示MUC1可作为一种非常有价值的肿瘤生物学标志物,单独或联合其他生物学指标,用于宫颈病变和宫颈癌的临床诊断、治疗和预后的判断。该文就 MUC1的生物学功能、在宫颈病变和宫颈癌中的表达及其相互关系的研究进展予以综述。“,”MUC1 is one kind of macromolecules mucins,which is discovered first and multi-functional. Under normal circumstance,it is expressed in a variety of epithelial cells and hematopoietic cells ,and partici-pates in the process of tumor genesis,development,invasion, metastasis and prognosis.In the reproductive system,the expression of MUC1 may be related to the changes of steroids in the menstrual cycle .The expres-sion of MUC1 in normal cervix,cervical lesions and cervical cancers,suggests that MUC1 can serve as a very valuable tumor biomarker, alone or in combination with other biological indicators,for the diagnosis,treat-ment and prognosis of cervical lesions and cervical cancers.This article reviews biological function of MUC1, expression in cervical lesions and cervical cancers and the relationship between MUC1 and them.
