近几年来,“费时多,收效少”这个弊病一直困扰着我国广大高职院校英语教育工作者。由于五年制高职生源的特殊性(高职新生主要来源于应届初中毕业生),学生入学时英语水平参差不齐,总体而言相对较差,究其原因,主要在于方法不当,努力不够。虽然越来越多的高职学生认识到英语的重要性,无不希望把它学好,可仍有相当大的一部分人未能如愿。本人认为,由于学生对英语学习缺乏全面清楚的认识,故在学习过程中出现了畏难、急躁、骄傲、犹豫等情绪,及对英语缺乏兴趣和应用意识等心理现象,相当一部分学生存在着不同程度的学习障碍。对该部分学生如何实施教学策略达到教学目的?英语教师必须首先弄清楚高职学生对英语学习的障碍及原因,再根据教学原理制定出相应的对策。
In recent years, “time-consuming, less effective, ” the shortcomings have plagued the majority of vocational education in our country English educators. Due to the particularity of five-year vocational college students (freshmen of higher vocational schools mainly come from fresh graduates of junior high school), students’ English proficiency at admission is relatively poor overall, mainly due to improper methods and insufficient efforts . Although more and more vocational students recognize the importance of English, they all want to learn it well. However, a considerable part of them still fail to do so. In my opinion, due to the lack of a comprehensive and clear understanding of English learning, students are experiencing psychic phenomena such as fear, impatience, pride and hesitation, lack of interest in English and sense of application. A considerable number of students have different degrees Learning disabilities. How to implement the teaching strategy for these students to achieve the goal of teaching? English teachers must first figure out the barriers and causes of English learning for vocational students, and then formulate the corresponding countermeasures according to the teaching principle.
