基于数字视频图像处理和传像光纤 ,开发了一套煤粉火焰监视系统。系统采用工程师工作站 /层火焰检测器通讯方式实现对多路火焰信号的巡回检测和处理 ,实现了基于多线程的并行多任务机制和流式视频存储的事故画面回放功能。通过图像序列的特征提取实现火焰的on/off判据 ,提出基于彩色CCD信号的伪彩色温度场计算办法。开拓了视频多媒体技术在燃烧可视化研究的应用领域 ,该系统不但可在实际生产中使用 ,并为离线研究火焰图像序列特征奠定了基础
Based on digital video image processing and imaging fiber, a set of pulverized coal flame monitoring system has been developed. The system uses engineer workstation / layer flame detector communication method to detect and process the multi-channel flame signal detection and processing, and achieves the accident screen playback function based on multi-thread parallel multi-task mechanism and streaming video storage. The on / off criterion of the flame is achieved by the feature extraction of the image sequence, and the calculation method of the false color temperature field based on the color CCD signal is proposed. Open up the application of video and multimedia technology in the field of combustion visualization. This system not only can be used in actual production, but also lays the foundation for studying the characteristics of flame image sequence offline
