目的 评价国产草酸铂 (艾恒 )、丝裂霉素、氟尿嘧啶辅以醛氢叶酸治疗转移性结、直肠癌的临床疗效及观察其毒副反应。方法 艾恒 (L OHP) 130mg/m2 静滴 ,第 1天 ,丝裂霉素 6mg/m2 静脉冲注 ,第 1天 ,醛氢叶酸 15 0mg/m2 静滴 ,第 1～ 5天 ,5 Fu 5 0 0mg静脉推注 ,5 0 0mg静滴 ,第 1～ 5天 ,2 1天为 1周期 ,连用 2周期后进行评估。结果 19例患者总缓解率为 6 3 2 % (12 / 19) ,其中完全缓解率 2 1 1% (4/ 19) ,部分缓解率 42 1% (8/ 19)。毒副反应主要为白细胞减少 ,发生率为 42 1% ,Ⅲ度以上者仅 5 3% ,血红蛋白降低和血小板减少 ,分别为 2 1 1%及 2 6 4% ,42 1%出现神经毒性反应 ,表现为口唇、颜面、指端感觉迟钝、麻木 ,遇冷加重 ,停药可逐渐恢复。结论 艾恒为主组成的LMF/CF方案治疗转移性结、直肠癌疗效较好 ,毒副作用较小
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of domestic oxaliplatin (Aiheng), mitomycin, and fluorouracil supplemented with leucovorin in the treatment of metastatic node and rectal cancer and observe its toxic and side effects. Methods Aoheng (L OHP) 130mg/m2 intravenous infusion, on the first day, mitomycin 6mg/m2 static pulse injection, on the 1st day, hypofenuric acid 15Omg/m2 intravenous infusion, 1st to 5th days, 5 Fu 500mg intravenous injection, 500mg intravenous infusion, 1st to 5th days, and 1st to 1st cycle, were assessed after 2 consecutive cycles. Results The total remission rate was 193.2% (12/19). The complete remission rate was 21.1% (4/19) and the partial remission rate was 42% (8/19). The toxicity was mainly leucopenia, with an incidence of 42 1%. Only patients with a degree above III were only 533%. Hemoglobin and thrombocytopenia were 21.1% and 26.4% respectively. There was a 42.1% neurotoxicity response. The performance of the lips, face, fingers feel dull, numbness, aggravated by cold, withdrawal can be gradually restored. Conclusion Ai Heng’s LMF/CF regimen is effective in the treatment of metastatic node and rectal cancer with less toxic side effects
