我国经济出现一个重大的增长点,那就是房地产业。市场的良性运行以及政府部门的有效监管是房地产稳定持续发展的必要条件。本文采用了目前接受率较高的地区划分方法,即从东部、中部、西部各自城市中随机挑选2个在房价和地价上较有代表性的城市。以此为基础,分析东中西房地产现状,然后分析区域差异。针对这些差异,有针对性的提出政策建议。
China’s economy appears a major growth point, that is, real estate. The healthy operation of the market and the effective supervision of government departments are the necessary conditions for the stable and sustainable development of real estate. In this paper, we adopt a method of regional division with high acceptance rate at present, that is, randomly choose 2 cities that are representative in housing price and land price from the cities in eastern, central and western regions. Based on this, we analyze the status quo of real estate in East, West and East China and then analyze the regional differences. In response to these differences, put forward policy recommendations.
