环硫铂即环己二胺硫酸铂,为国内80年代初继顺铂后合成的又一抗癌新药。我院于1984年开始试用山东省医学科学院药物研究所研究并提供的环硫铂治疗癌性胸膜炎4例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下: 病例选择与治疗方法一、病例选择肺癌合并癌性胸膜炎,并均经病理证实;积液增长迅速且反复抽液效果不显著者。二、治疗方法 1.先行胸腔抽液,要求将胸水基本抽尽而患者又无特殊不适为准。2.然后将环硫铂60～90 mg(每支30 mg), Sulphur-platinum platinum is cyclohexanediamine platinum sulfate, which is another new anti-cancer drug synthesized in the early 1980s after cisplatin.
