异位胰腺少见,现报告我院3例如下。例1 女,17岁。因脐周阵发性疼痛伴低热半年入院。钡餐显示十二指肠球部及降段有多发性息肉样充盈缺损。术中发现距屈氏韧带14cm处之空肠有2×1.5×10cm大小肿瘤,呈黄白色,表面粗糙。行空肠部分切除及端端吻合术。病理:肠壁异位胰腺组织。例2 女38岁,因上腹痛,反酸七年近二月加重,消瘦而入院。临床考虑为幽门梗阻及胃癌。术中见空肠有2×1.5×cm大小肿瘤,呈乳白色,质 Ectopic pancreas is rare and is now reported in 3 of our hospital. Barium meal shows multiple polypoid filling defects in the duodenal bulb and descending segments. During the operation, the jejunum at a distance of 14 cm from the flexor ligament was found to have a size of 2×1.5×10 cm. The tumor was yellow-white and had a rough surface. Jejunal partial resection and end-to-end anastomosis were performed. Pathology: Ectopic pancreatic tissue in the intestinal wall. Example 2 The 38-year-old female was admitted to the hospital because she suffered from epigastric pain. Her rejuvenation was worse in the past two months in the past two months. Clinical considerations are pyloric obstruction and gastric cancer. In the operation, the jejunum had a size of 2×1.5×cm tumors, showing milky white color.
