建国五十多年来,我国的青年大致可以划分为三代人。从历史上看,经济体制和国家政策决定着劳动力资源的配置方式和青年就业的模式,由此衍生出青年的职业价值观。同时,历史上重大事件的发生,往往会导致国家就业政策的改变,这种改变对青年的就业行为和职业价值观产生深远的影响。
For more than 50 years since the founding of our nation, the youth in our country can be broadly divided into three generations. Historically, the economic system and state policies have determined the allocation of labor resources and the model of youth employment, which has resulted in the generation of young professional values. At the same time, the occurrence of major historical events often leads to changes in the state’s employment policies, which have a profound impact on the employment and professional values of young people.
