2007年3月19日,中国新闻社浙江分社刊发的新闻——《茶水当作尿液样本送检,医院竟化验出了炎症》在全国范围内引发了一场究竟是医德“发炎”还是记者职业道德缺失之争,直至4月9日《人民日报》刊发文章《“茶水发炎”与媒体责任》批评当事媒体不负责任,以及4月10日卫生部发言人在卫生部新闻发布会上将事件定性为“有悖于媒体记者职业道德的规范要求”,这场争论才渐渐降温。然而,事件凸显的新闻媒体在实施舆论监督过程中的认识问题却值得重视。
